Procedural structures drawn per case (perforators, the descending branch of the LCFA with its
venae comitantes, side branches, motor nerve to vastus lateralis, skin paddle, flap) are generated
in `js/thigh3d.js`. Rendering uses [three.js](https://threejs.org) (MIT) from jsDelivr.

Clinical content is paraphrased from standard references on the anterolateral thigh flap
(e.g. Samra, Bibbo, Levin, Kovach, “A Practical Guide to the Use of the Anterolateral Thigh Flap”,
JBJS Essential Surgical Techniques). It is an educational simplification, not clinical guidance.
